Terrible customer service

No response
My husbands coffee pot went defective and was no longer useable. The inside basically melted!
So I thought Id hop on their website & see if customer service would help. Thought it was amazing they ask for photos so I quickly took photos of the defect from all angles & asked if there was anything they could do. Got an email back saying it would take so many business days but not to keep responding or it would put my request further down the line. A month past & I emailed again.
Nothing. And after seeing these comments I guess I may never get through to them! My husband ended up getting another brand on sale so where but still, for a bodum it shouldnt of defected like that as it wasnt very old and only used a couple of times a week.
I find customer service with many companies excellent and I really had high hopes given they wanted photos. Very disappointed!

I ordered a gift of glass mugs. (4/22/22 They arrived around 4/26) They were not the size that my partner wanted.
Since there was only the product invoice in box, not a website or email contact or phone number. I googled their main 'customer service' numbers to inquire about an exchange. There wasn't any live person, or way to leave a message, only outgoing message to go on website. I emailed from website and separately emailed to 'customer service' Numerous times.
It was a gift and I wanted to sincerely make an exchange! I sent more emails with order # my address and repeated exchange requests. Now I asked for appropriate address for Return- nothing! Its 5/5 and nobody has gotten back with me.
Perhaps the company is going out of business?
Now just prefer to return and will not prurchase from Bodem again.

Preferred solution: I would like Bodum to send me the missing part or tell me where I may be able to purchase it. The frother is if no value to me if I am not able to froth milk. This was why it was purchased

My name is Leah. I am a proud Bodum customer.
I purchased a" Bodum Bistro Electric Coffee Grinder" about 1.5 years ago and yesterday morning it completely fell apart. The mechanics fell from body and the plastic pin that helps trigger the button broke, all from picking it up to dust out the grounds. I am emailing you because I am very disappointed in the quality of your current products. My mother came from Germany and brought her Bodum coffee press and grinder with her, and they are still in her kitchen functioning wonderfully, they are older then me, over 30 years old!
I buy only Bodum products, I have my own Bodum french press, milk frother, and bean grinder. I thought your company made high quality, long lasting, stylish products. Please do not skimp on the quality of what you make. Thirty years may be excessive, but things should certainly last more than 1.5 years, warranty or no warranty.
I don't have the receipt for my purchase any more, and your warranty is just passed expired...
I have to purchase a new product now; if it's only going to last that short of a time, I may as well purchase a *** hamilton beach grinder. Do better please.
