Terrible customer service!

I ordered a Bodum coffee grinder about a month ago. The first time I used it, coffee went flying everywhere! Sent an email to Bodum 12 days ago. Havent heard back from them yet! When I ordered the grinder, they offered one pound of free coffee. That was not shipped because, well, I had to add it to me list! All in all, I do not recommend buying their products

Terrible customer service

Item was delivered and no-one was in so item was placed inside the recycling bin. Delivery driver took a photo of himself doing this but did not put a card through the door. We were away on holiday and bins were emptied in our absence. Bodum are not responding to any of our emails

My husbands coffee pot went defective and was no longer useable. The inside basically melted!

So I thought Id hop on their website & see if customer service would help. Thought it was amazing they ask for photos so I quickly took photos of the defect from all angles & asked if there was anything they could do. Got an email back saying it would take so many business days but not to keep responding or it would put my request further down the line. A month past & I emailed again.

Nothing. And after seeing these comments I guess I may never get through to them! My husband ended up getting another brand on sale so where but still, for a bodum it shouldnt of defected like that as it wasnt very old and only used a couple of times a week.

I find customer service with many companies excellent and I really had high hopes given they wanted photos. Very disappointed!

Trying to contact them to add an item to my order so I don't have to pay delivery charges but so difficult to get in contact. Have sent written query on their site but no response since last 3 days. Very disappointed with their service. Their products are so good but zero customer service. Quite pathetic in this day of quick response.

I ordered a gift of glass mugs. (4/22/22 They arrived around 4/26) They were not the size that my partner wanted.

Since there was only the product invoice in box, not a website or email contact or phone number. I googled their main 'customer service' numbers to inquire about an exchange. There wasn't any live person, or way to leave a message, only outgoing message to go on website. I emailed from website and separately emailed to 'customer service' Numerous times.

It was a gift and I wanted to sincerely make an exchange! I sent more emails with order # my address and repeated exchange requests. Now I asked for appropriate address for Return- nothing! Its 5/5 and nobody has gotten back with me.

Perhaps the company is going out of business?

Now just prefer to return and will not prurchase from Bodem again.

Missing piece "whisk" listed as number 9 on the components list. Bodum 11870 bistro electric milk frother. The milk does not froth because I am missing the above part. My frother was purchased new.

Preferred solution: I would like Bodum to send me the missing part or tell me where I may be able to purchase it. The frother is if no value to me if I am not able to froth milk. This was why it was purchased

My name is Leah. I am a proud Bodum customer.

I purchased a" Bodum Bistro Electric Coffee Grinder" about 1.5 years ago and yesterday morning it completely fell apart. The mechanics fell from body and the plastic pin that helps trigger the button broke, all from picking it up to dust out the grounds. I am emailing you because I am very disappointed in the quality of your current products. My mother came from Germany and brought her Bodum coffee press and grinder with her, and they are still in her kitchen functioning wonderfully, they are older then me, over 30 years old!

I buy only Bodum products, I have my own Bodum french press, milk frother, and bean grinder. I thought your company made high quality, long lasting, stylish products. Please do not skimp on the quality of what you make. Thirty years may be excessive, but things should certainly last more than 1.5 years, warranty or no warranty.

I don't have the receipt for my purchase any more, and your warranty is just passed expired...

I have to purchase a new product now; if it's only going to last that short of a time, I may as well purchase a *** hamilton beach grinder. Do better please.

Don't honor warranty

Bought a Bodum coffee grinder with 2 years warranty. It broke/died after 20 months, but no way to get in touch with them for an RMA # to get a replacement/repair. No phone number and they wouldn't respond to my email requests.

on SEPT 29 2021, We purchased a Body coffee Grinder. It failed and I tried to get warranty service. on Jan13 2022 I asked for Service. On Jan 13 2022 Body responded asking for Video evidence of the failure. On Jan13 2022 I send a video. On Jan 19 I ask about status...On Fab 5 I asked about status.....I'm still waiting... I called their Customer service telephone number several times, no one is there due to COVID. This is a joke, a Joke on me...

Service, none at all

We bought a Bodum coffee grinder. It died and when I contacted customer service for warranty, they ask for a video of the failure. I made a video and sent it to them. Now, nothing. I emailed several times with no response. Tried calling, no one ghee due to COVID. NO RESPONSE to emails. Bodum should be ashamed of their lack of customer support. Dont buy from them!
