I have contacted customer support over 8 times since then. I always get the response that a ticket is being prepared then I get nothing else it has been four months.
I cannot use the grinder and I cannot get help.
very very frustrating. I would not do business with this company.

I received a kettle that had a fault with the lid not closing. I also could not make contact by phone in the UK as, for whatever reason, the number routes itself to a Portuguese answering machine, which was not very helpful.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Filed with the BBB and NY Secy of State's office.
I have been waiting for weeks. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today, and mine is one of many for this company. Terrible customer service, they make it impossible to reach anyone there and don't respond. Still no refund, so I am out $38.61.
The cost of the damn glass beaker plus shipping was more than it cost to go out and buy a new French press. What a scam!

Need new kettle
I have a broken kettle. The company asked for a video and we sent it but have not heard back for months.
I have babies who need their breastmilk warmed up and it has been very difficult and frustrating to meet our kettle needs.
I have sent so many emails and tickets but have not heard back. Please send me a replacement kettle asap and communicate with us efficiently.

The grinder broke within a few days. I followed the procedure to return said grinder...no help.
I still have the broken grinder in a box in the basement...a reminder NEVER to deal with this company.

Useless, I have not received any support from Bodum Support staff.
I am stuck with an electric kettle I wished to return.
Shameful company. I will never purchase another product from this disgusting company.

Verified Reviewer | New York, New YorkResolved: Bodum refuses to exchange our burr grinder for the colour we ordered.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Bodum sent us a message stating that they would be sending us the model that we had ordered in the correct colour.
It did arrive within several days of the message. We are very happy with the result.
We made 2 service requests and finally 1 return request (about 1 week apart each) All 3 were immediately acknowledged electronically with the comment that an adviser will get a hold of us. No responses were ever received. This company does not value customer service in any way. I cannot see how they would back their products .and would never buy from them again.
The red burr grinder does not at all go with our kitchen.
We are so disappointed as we really liked our sons Bodum burr grinder and wanted to have one as well. With such a great machine, we thought we would be in good hands with Bodum.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. The customer service was horrible.
It took over 6 months to get a 'can't help you' reply from Bodum, and they ignored the BBB complaint created against them. They were very unprofessional and didn't seem to care about the quality of their product or their customers. Out of the six boxes I purchased from Costco, two of the sets had issues within the first year, and the issues were identical. Knowing that they could be fragile, I always hand-washed these glasses and was careful when drying and storing them.
Regardless, steam accumulated within the inner wall of the glass, and more importantly, unseen tiny dangerous shards of glass existed within. Regardless of the communicated danger, Bodum did not care to address the issue.

Hello, This is in regard to order 40029****. My name is Mary Cubberley- the order arrived this morning and
one of the RIGI cups was so shattered that I was afraid I'd cut myself if I opened the bubblewrap.
The other cup in the same box was intact. The outer shipping box looked fine, and the mugs in the order were all fine.
Can you send a replacement cup? I can unwrap the shattered cup and take a photo if you need one.

Broken French press
This is my second French press, both have broken, and left a mess for me to clean up. Im not satisfied with the product, or customer service! No number to call for any help.

Product 12103-1 gooseneck water kettle that is programmable. I bought two of these and they both don't work I'm trying to figure out how to work them. They don't seem to turn on even if I put water in the kettle and all the way to Max I can't seem to get the touch screen to work!!
